Download Current Anima

In order to download our software, you must first subscribe to our website. Once subscribed, the button to download the tool will appear in the section products.

Because it is a product still under development and does not have a license, Windows will detect it as malicious software, so you must follow these steps to install it.

Versions

Our Current Anima Software is available on Windows and macOS. However, the macOS version does not yet have all the features. These are:

It does not allow scene recording, certain characters appear bald and in some scenarios the AI controlling the vehicles does not work correctly.

Launcher

When you have downloaded and run it, the launcher will open where you will download the latest version of Current Anima, once completed you can access the login section to enter your username and password that you used to register on the web, then you will open the Main Menu.

Main menu

Once the session starts we will access this menu, in which we can start writing and producing incredible scenes in 3D.

These are the main elements of this interface:

  • The history of previously written phrases.
  • The text box where you can write your stories, phrases...
  • Buttons to change the language, open the folder where the recordings are saved, choose the folder where you want to save the recordings and captures, and the button to exit the tool.
  • Button to start the creation of the video.
To start creating your own videos, you just have to enter the text you want to convert in the text box. Once the button is pressed "Start" a loading screen will appear and in a matter of seconds the scene will be created, in which you will have an interface to position the fixed camera and the free camera,

Cameras interface

At Current Anima we currently have 3 types of cameras:

  • Free Camera
  • Handheld fixed camera
  • Automatic fixed camera

Once the execution has started, we recommend that you press the key "space" to pause the scene and thus take control. At all times you will have a lower menu that will only disappear when you click to record and will reappear when you pause or stop the recording.

In this menu we are informed of the type of camera that we are using by default it will appear in the free camera, that is, a camera completely controlled by us as a game. If we press the key “H” A box will open with all the controls available for this camera.

If we press the key “E” we will switch to fixed cameras. The fixed camera is a camera whose focus, whose objective will always be to focus on the character who performs the action.

This can be of 2 types, one automatic (experimental) which will move adapting to the environment to obtain the best possible shot of the character. And another manual, which will follow the character, but the rotations, zoom, changes of plane and the bars to control the speed of movement of the camera will be controlled by the user, thanks to the controls that are seen below.

These are the camera controls fixed can be shown or hidden with the key “H”.

Within the controls we can see a button “AUTO” crossed out, that means that we are in the manual fixed camera, if we click on it we will go to the automatic fixed and if we press the key again “E” we will return to the free camera by switching to the interface shown in the previous photo.

Once you press record (key “R”) the interface will disappear, but it will be displayed again when recording is paused, stopped, or the key is pressed. “ESC” which will pause everything and show up with the lyrics P in the same menu.

In case we want to return to the main menu we can always give “ESC” as we see below.

Example sentences:

Is important emphasize that all sentences must be spelled correctly and must be coordinated sentences, not subordinate sentences. In case of grammatical errors when you press the start button a screen will pop up showing you the error and how to correct it, in certain sentences it will show you that it can correct it automatically for example in case a complement might be missing in a sentence.
